Diversion

Perks support Mouse-over Functionality: hover over the adjectives to reveal the modifier values behind them.

Diversion is a teachable Unique Adam Francis Perk IconHelp perks.png. It can be unlocked for all other Characters from Level 30 onwards:

Standing within the Killer's Terror Radius while not in a Chase for 45 seconds activates Diversion.

  • Once Diversion is activated, press the Active Ability button while crouched and motionless to throw a pebble, which creates a distraction for the Killer at a distance of 10/15/20 metres.

The distraction consists of:

Diversion's timer resets once the ability has been activated.

Unlocking this Perk makes it available in the Bloodweb of all Survivors

Activate-able Perk.

  • Buff: Diversion now spawns Scratch Marks at the location of where the pebble lands.


Trivia

  • Thrown pebbles do not collide with walls and objects such as Lockers IconHelp lockers.png, and hence will only create noise notifications upon colliding with the ground or floor.
  • A Chase is initiated whenever a Survivor starts sprinting within 12 metres of the Killer and has direct Line of Sight.
