    • This change was due to then newly created Diamond Stone Diamond Stone}} taking the place of Honing Stone.

Patch 2.1.0[edit | edit source]

  • Honing Stone once again has a 100 % chance to inflict the Dying State, with the exception of the trapped Survivor having to be freed by another Survivor.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The change to Honing Stone in Patch 1.1.2, was mainly due to balancing reasons, with the "just" Very Rare Honing Stone being used too frequently in Trials of those days..
    • This led to the implementation of the Diamond Stone Diamond Stone}}.
    • However, with Patch 2.1.0, this change was more or less reverted with the Diamond Stone being reworked into the Iridescent Stone and its functionality brought back to Honing Stone, although with a slight alteration.
