Leader is a Unique Survivor Perk IconHelp perks.png. It is unique to Dwight Fairfield until Level 40, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Survivors IconHelpLoading survivor.png

Increases the other Survivors' speed at repairing, healing, sabotaging, cleansing, opening Exit Gates and searching Chests by 3/6/9 % when they are within 8 metres of range from you.

Once out of range, this effect persists for 15 seconds.
