Cocktail Party - 4500 - Obtained when any Survivor has repaired a Frozen Cocktail Machine, limited to Survivors who have played a BBQ Invitation BBQ Invitation}} Offering and also limited to the Scorching Summer BBQ Event.
Nectar Harvested - 4000 - Obtained when any Survivor has harvested a Visceral Canker, limited to Survivors who have played a Pustula Petals Pustula Petals}} Offering and also limited to the The Hallowed Blight Event.

Killer Grasp Escape - 500 - Obtained after wiggling your way out of the Killer's grasp.
Killer Stun - 500 - Obtained after stunning a Killer using Head On Head On}}or Decisive Strike Decisive Strike}}.
Struggle 1 - 8,000 (Category Cap) Obtained during the Struggle Phase, which marks the second Hook Stage. Points received will increase the longer the player struggled on the Hook before being sacrificed.

As it is directly tied to how long the Struggle Phase lasts, it is impossible to obtain much more than ~900 BPs.

Heal 1 - 300 or 350 Obtained after healing oneself.

Inner Strength Inner Strength}} and Second Wind Second Wind}} heals only award 300 BPs, while healing oneself directly awards 350 BPs at the most.

Good Skill Check - 50 - Obtained after performing an action involving a Survival Skill Check Skill Check}}, such as self-healing.
This is obtained after hitting the non-critical zone.
Great Skill Check - 150 - Obtained after performing an action involving a Survival Skill Check Skill Check}}, such as self-healing.
This is obtained after hitting the critical zone.
Survived - 5000 - Obtained after having escaped through the Exit Gates Exit Gates}} or the Hatch Hatch}} or if the Killer left the game.
Trap Escape - 500 - Obtained after freeing oneself from a Bear Trap Bear Trap}}.
Hook Escape - 1500 - Obtained after freeing oneself from a Hook Hook}}.
Distraction - 150 - Obtained after igniting a Chinese Firecracker Chinese Firecracker}} or a Winter Party Starter Winter Party Starter}}.
Woke up! - 100 - Obtained after waking yourself up from the Dream World.
Snapped Out Of It - 200 - Obtained after snapping yourself out it, decreasing the Madness Madness}} Status Effect from Tier III to Tier I.
Trap Escape - 400 - Obtained after freeing oneself from a Reverse Bear Trap Reverse Bear Trap}}.
Purify - 100 - Obtained after cleansing oneself from Infection at a Pool of Devotion Pool of Devotion}}.

Breakaway / Too Close for Comfort - 250 / 450 - Obtained breaking free from the Speargun against The Deathslinger Deathslinger}}.
450 BPs are only obtained when you break free within 3 metres of The Deathslinger.

Reunited - 200 - Received when meeting other Survivors for the first time in the trial.
Protection - 200 - Obtained when taking a hit from the Killer within 10 metres of an injured Survivor or when the Killer is carrying another Survivor. Can be triggered once every 3 seconds.
Wake up! - 150 - Obtained when waking up another Survivor.
Fully Mended - 100 - Obtained after fully mending another Survivor from the Deep Wound Deep Wound}} Status Effect.
Safe Hook Rescue - 500 - Obtained 10 seconds after unhooking a Survivor, if the unhooked Survivor has not been put in the dying state.
Late Heal - 750 - Obtained when healing another Survivor one Health State Health State}} during the Endgame Collapse Endgame Collapse}} Phase.
Late Rescue - 2000 - Obtained when rescuing another Survivor during the Endgame Collapse Endgame Collapse}} Phase.

Cleansed - 1000 / 1500 - Obtained after cleansing a Totem Totem}}.

Dull Totems award 1000 BPs each. Hex Totems award 1500 BPs each.

Basement Time 1 - 8,000 (Category Cap) Obtained for being inside the Basement Basement}}.
The points are awarded after leaving the Basement.
Reveal - 500 - Obtained after revealing the Ghost Face Ghost Face}}.
Seal Portal 1 - 120 Obtained by sealing one of The Demogorgon Demogorgon}}'s portals.
Portal Sealed - 100 - Obtained after sealing one of The Demogorgon Demogorgon}}'s portals.
Near-Miss - 250 - Obtained after avoiding a Speargun shot within 1 metre against The Deathslinger Deathslinger}}.
Chain-Breaker 100 - 8,000 (Category Cap) Obtained after continuously resisting being reeled in by The Deathslinger Deathslinger}} until the chain breaks.
Cage Rescue - 550 - Obtained after rescuing another Survivor from a Cage of Atonement.
