Surge is a teachable Unique Demogorgon IconHelpLoading demogorgon.png Perk IconHelp perks.png. It can be unlocked for all other Characters from Level 30 onwards:

Surge applies an immediate Regression penalty of 8 %.

Surge can only be triggered once every 60/50/40 seconds.

Trivia

  • The regression penalty of Surge is not applied on top of the default regression penalty of a missed Skill Check IconHelp skillChecks.png, which would be 10 %.
  • Since any affected Generators start regressing automatically, Surge conflicts with using Pop Goes the Weasel IconPerks popGoesTheWeasel.png or Overcharge IconPerks overcharge.png. It does, however, enable Surveillance IconPerks surveillance.png.
