Thanatophobia is a Unique Killer Perk IconHelp perks.png. It is unique to The Nurse IconHelpLoading nurse.png until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Killers IconHelpLoading killer.png

  • 1 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivor: 4/5/6 % reduced action speed.
  • 2 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 7/8/9 % reduced action speed.
  • 3 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 10/11/12 % reduced action speed.
  • 4 Injured, Dying or hooked Survivors: 13/14/15 % reduced action speed.

Unique to The Nurse until Level 35, at which point its Teachable version can then be learned and taught to the other Killers.

  • Thanatophobia also applies to Totem IconHelpLoading totem.png cleansing.
  • "Thanatophobia" literally means "Fear of Death".
    • It is a compound word consisting of Θάνατος ("Thanatos") the Greek name of Death and -φοβία ("-phobia") the Greek suffix used to form nouns describing a fear of a specific thing.
