The "Chance" tag is ambiguous and seems to be a duplicate of Luck, and covers all Luck perks except Up the Ante and for some reason included Plunderer's Instinct; a perk that has no effect on Luck and never has. You then changed Up the Ante's tag from Luck to "Chance" and didn't change Plunderer's to exclude it. As far as I'm concerned, this "Chance" tag shouldn't exist, unless there's some super niche use it's seeing elsewhere.
