	A risky ECT procedure using a deep wavelength that soothes various mental illnesses. With Carter's Spark as its source, this procedure can cause moderate anxiety in the patient. Moderately increases (+15 %) Terror Radius while Static Blast is ready. Moderately decreases (-15 %) Terror Radius while Static Blast is on cool-down. Survivors with Madness II or III suffer from the following Affliction: Tremendous chance (+15 %) of a distant Heartbeat to play for 20 seconds. Afflictions of the same type do not stack.

Survivors with Madness suffer from the Affliction of Calm: Madness II: Intermittently (10-15 seconds active; 30-45 seconds inactive) causes Survivors to hear a distant Illusionary Terror Radius. Madness III: Constantly causes Survivors to hear a distant Illusionary Terror Radius.
