- QoL: removed the dimmed vision debuff.
- Buff: increased the Flashlight Blind recovery rate to 50 % across all Tiers.
Patch 2.6.2
- Buff: increased the light resistance percentages to 60/70/80 %.

- Buff: the Killer is now immune to getting blinded by Flashlights or Firecrackers.
- Buff: added a secondary effect that reveals the Aura of Survivors attempting to blind the Killer.

- Change: added Flashbangs and Blast Mines to the immunity effect.
Trivia
- Lightborn had its original brightness modifier removed due to the Developers wanting more control over the lighting conditions on the Maps.
- Lightborn did not protect The Wraith and The Nurse from the Lightburn mechanic.
- Lightburn was removed from the game with the release of Patch 6.7.0.
